Pankaj Kalia
Pankaj has a Financial background, being a CFO in the garment industry for nearly 20 years. During his CFO days, Pankaj became a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker and was responsible for securing short term warehouse and showroom leases while also building an investment portfolio for the company. In 2013, Pankaj and his now Late Brother Sandeep left the garments industry behind to focus on their own business endeavors. Since 2015, Pankaj has been practicing Real Estate full time, has won numerous awards, praise and recognition, along with being Top Producer at his pervious Brokerage for 7 years in a row.
Sandeep Kalia
Late Sandeep was Pankaj’s Older Brother and an Accountant in the same company as Pankaj. Together, they decided to leave their jobs in 2013. While Pankaj chose to focus on Real Estate, Sandeep was always a hands-on type of guy and took up Home Improvement working as a General Contractor. The goal was the Brothers would Buy, Build, and Sell homes all across Long Island. Unfortunately, in June 2014, prior to purchasing a single property, Sandeep passed away due to Cardiac Arrest at the mere age of 50. However, his legacy is being carried on and he is one of the three pillars behind the name Sun Luxury.
Ajay “Ace” K.
Ace is the acting head of Sun Luxury Homes. After his Uncle’s passing, Ace began assisting his Father at open houses and showings at the age of 16. The day he turned 18, Ace passed his Real Estate Exam. He then closed 10 Deals in his first 7 months of being licensed. From there, Ace & his Father, purchased their first property where Ace oversaw everything from sub-contractor selections, to design, to purchasing and delivering materials, to listing and selling the home, all while being a full time college student at Hofstra University. The rest has since been history, being responsible for multiple Award winning and Record setting Custom Homes. Ace did graduate form Hofstra University with a Legal Studies in Business Degree and a Community Health Minor, but has decided to put Law School on hold, to continue the rapid growth of the company and other business endeavors.
